The lift undergoes inspection and testing before leaving the factory, with all technical specifications meeting design requirements; it is ready for use simply by connecting the power supply, requiring no adjustments to the hydraulic or electrical systems. During operation, the lift must be placed on solid, level ground to prevent tipping. Press the "Up" or "Down" button to raise or lower the platform.
If the platform fails to move, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Shut down the unit immediately if the operating pressure is excessively high or if there are abnormal sounds, in order to prevent severe mechanical damage. Regularly inspect the condition of the axle pins every month; if any pins or screws are found to be loose, they must be tightened securely to prevent accidents caused by pins detaching. Keep the hydraulic oil clean and replace it every six months. Always engage the safety support bar when performing maintenance, servicing, or cleaning the lift.
