2004-2009: Building a Foundation in Technology and Structural Component Manufacturing, Service-Oriented Approach
Since 2004, the company's founders and core team have been engaged in construction machinery maintenance, structural component production, and technical support. Building on early-stage manufacturing of core structural components for the industry, the team focused on the maintenance and upgrading of hydraulic systems for aerial work platforms and compact loaders. During this period, the team accumulated extensive on-site troubleshooting experience and established a solid foundation in structural design and manufacturing processes, providing a reliable base for subsequent independent product development.
2010-2015: Transitioning from Components to Complete Machines – A Breakthrough in Aerial Work Platforms First
Building on years of experience in component manufacturing and technical service, the team began moving towards complete equipment manufacturing. In 2012, the first independently developed, highly reliable scissor lift based on self-developed structural components was successfully launched, primarily serving local warehousing and plant maintenance sectors. Subsequently, a complete production process and quality control system were gradually established, and stable supply to markets within the province and surrounding regions began, marking a crucial step in productization.
2016-2021: Expanding the Product Line, Maintaining Leadership in Aerial Work Platforms
While consolidating the aerial work platform market, the company successively introduced compact skid-steer loaders and medium-duty telescopic handlers, forming a synergistic product portfolio. During this phase, the aerial work platform line underwent continuous technological iteration and model expansion, gradually introducing mid-to-high-end products such as boom lifts, further solidifying its professional standing in this field. This stage emphasized design improvements based on practical user feedback, steadily expanding influence through customer referrals and participation in regional industry exhibitions.
2022-2024: Integrating Systems, Standardizing Operations, Focusing on Product Upgrades
Based on nearly two decades of accumulated experience in component manufacturing and complete equipment R&D, and to meet development needs, the team officially registered and established Shandong Longqing Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in 2024. The company integrated technological, supply chain, and service resources, operating with a standardized corporate structure. Products continued to evolve towards energy efficiency, intelligent operation, and user-friendliness, with particular emphasis on deepening R&D for the aerial work platform series, while systematically building an after-sales support network.
