Loaders are primarily used for scooping, loading, unloading, and transporting bulk materials such as soil and stone; they can also perform light excavation work on rock and hard soil. By changing work attachments, they can also perform tasks such as bulldozing, lifting, and handling other types of materials.
1) Before operating the loader, the operator must be thoroughly familiar with its performance characteristics, structure, maintenance requirements, and operating procedures, and must operate the machine in accordance with regulations.
2) No passengers are permitted anywhere on the machine except inside the operator's cab.
3) When unloading material into a vehicle, the bucket must be raised to a height that clears the vehicle's sideboards; strictly avoid striking the vehicle body with the bucket, and never pass the bucket over the vehicle's cab.
4) When traveling downhill, allow the machine to slow down naturally; do not depress the clutch pedal, as this disconnects the power and could lead to a runaway vehicle accident.
5) After driving through water, stop the machine immediately for inspection. If brake failure due to water immersion is detected, apply the brakes repeatedly to generate heat and expel moisture from the brake pads, thereby restoring normal braking function as quickly as possible.
6) No one is permitted to stand directly in front of the loader while it is in operation, and the bucket must not carry passengers while the machine is moving.
7) No one is permitted to stand beneath the lift arms during operation; unauthorized personnel and other machinery are prohibited from working or passing through the immediate area.
8) Operating the machine in a high gear is strictly prohibited.
9) When leaving the operator's seat, the operator must lower the bucket to the ground, shut off the engine, and disconnect the power supply.
